Recently, to enhance employee communication and collaboration while boosting team cohesion, our company's labor union organized a one-day team building excursion to Jiande's "Qili Yangfan" scenic area. Cobblestone paths intertwined with unique "plum blossom"-patterned battlements along the riverbank, each stone whispering stories of the past. Guided through this open-air museum, our team absorbed the town's cultural legacy, where every weathered gate and ancestral shrine pulsed with authentic local charm.

Rejuvenated by a lakeside lunch, we embarked at Qili Yangfan—the legendary confluence where the Xin'an, Fuchun, and Lan Rivers embrace. As our boat cut through jade-green waters, colleagues became fellow explorers: sharing homemade snacks, capturing laughing selfies against misty cliffs, and debating which river's breeze felt most invigorating.

The climax came at "Gourd Waterfall"—nature's masterpiece where cascades plunge through two interconnected caves, sculpting a colossal stone gourd. Standing before this thundering marvel, we understood why Song Dynasty poets immortalized these landscapes, and how teamwork, like water, shapes even the hardest stone over time.
